For me, movement isn’t just fitness. It’s therapy. It’s rebellion. It’s the way we come home to ourselves.
Pole dance was my gateway — the thing that cracked me open and showed me what it feels like to be strong, sensual, and unapologetically confident. But the truth? That feeling didn’t stay on the pole. It spilled over into my relationships, my motherhood, my career, my daily life. Movement gave me permission to show up fully — not just as a woman, but as the baddest, boldest version of me.
That’s why I created The Baddie Movement: a global space where women can feel empowered AF in their bodies through pole, dance, Pilates, yoga, and rituals that fuel your mind and spirit.
